More Drones in Nigeria

The Nigerian government intends to incorporate drone technology into existing security systems for efficiency while also seeking the support of the international community to help combat insecurity of her waterways.

Drones are becoming a necessity both in the developed and developing environment. Though not practically in use in Nigeria yet but some have been tested already in the country by the NNPC and NDFC. The major use in the country is to enhance security of the oil pipelines mostly the Niger Delta region. We are yet to hear any public nor constitutional control of the technology.
Hobbyists and technicians locally can start welcoming this technology to help in increasing the fight for security in the country. Also I think this technology is also a lot of fun.
